Lord Botham has created this wine by blending parcels sourced from across the South Eastern region of Australia. A component of the Cabernet Sauvignon was sourced from the prestigious area of McLaren Vale in South Australia.

The wine has predominant aromas of blackberry and black cherry which are combined with hints of ripe red cherry to provide a well defined varietal fruit profile that highlights the dark berry fruits and a complex bouquet.

This easy style drinking wine is full-bodied with a rich depth of dark red fruits and red berry flavors combined with earthy spice and hints of mint.  Well, balanced fine grainy tannin adds complexity and a balanced finish with lingering distinctive fruit.
