Less than 30 kilometers east of the Pacific Ocean, our vineyards are influenced by cool morning fog and gentle sea breezes. A Sauvignon Blanc with citrus aromas such as lime and mandarin orange that mesh beautifully with floral notes. Smooth and fresh, this wine is ideal for pairing with a Caprese Salad or sea bass ceviche. Also a perfect summer aperitif among friends.

Grapes are harvested at night in order to maintain fresh and bright acidity. The fruit goes straight to the press, where the juice sits for 24 hours. Then it is racked and separated from its gross lees and fermented clean at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks, ensuring multilayers of aromas and flavors.

Veramonte follows organic practices in all their estates to ensure the best conditions for the development of the vine, thus achieving vineyards that are sustainable in time. The organic vineyards are located in two of Chile's most recognized appelations; Casablanca, perfect for white wines and cold weather; and, Colchagua for the reds. Veramonte follows organic and sustainable practices because they believe it is the only way to have healthy and expressive vineyards that transcend time and deliver pure fruit and wines that reflect the living soils from which they come.
